Gozney Dome (Gen 2) 33" Off Black Hybrid Natural Gas Outdoor Pizza Oven

Dome (Gen 2) has 40% more cooking space than the original Dome. Room for two 10” pizzas, one 16” pizza, multiple roasting pans, or fire-cooked sides to feed a crowd.

Dome (Gen 2) unlocks restaurant quality fire-powered cooking - from blistered vegetables, to seared steaks, and cast iron bakes. With the performance and space to handle full meals, it’s built for far more than incredible pizza.

One oven. Three fuels. Unlimited possibilities. Choose the fuel that fits the moment. Cook with wood for rich, smokey intensity, gas for clean, quick heat, or charcoal for slow, earthy depth. Dome (Gen 2) brings the full spectrum of fire-powered flavor to your cooking.

Built like our restaurant ovens. Used by the best chefs in the world. Made simple for your backyard. Dome (Gen 2) delivers pro-grade firepower that’s easy to set up and intuitive to use. A 30mm cordierite stone locks in heat and recovers fast between bakes, while 3-layer insulation keeps temps rock steady, pizza after pizza.

The romance of real fire. The precision of gas. The gas system offers smooth, incremental flame adjustment, from gentle heat to a rolling flame. To ensure a perfect cook every time, Dome (Gen 2) features twin meat probes, easy-read temperature console, and a built-in timer. No apps, zero guesswork.

Gozney's signature lateral flame rolls like a natural wood fire, wrapping your food in consistent, even heat. It’s what gives you perfect leopard-spotted pizza, caramelized vegetables, and deep, balanced flavor - every time you cook. Sweeping flame. Even heat. Better food.

Our most versatile oven yet - over 40% more cooking space than the original Dome. Two pizzas. Three fuels. Built to cook full meals, Dome (Gen 2) brings restaurant-grade firepower to your home.

Thick multi-layer insulation wraps the oven and floor to maximize thermal efficiency and reduce heat loss.

Dome Gen 2 Series gives chefs the ability to cook with wood, charcoal, or propane.

Delivers consistent, high-temperature floor performance with excellent heat retention - and can be removed or replaced without tools for easy maintenance and long-term use.

A tough ceramic coating over aluminized steel resists corrosion and wear, while 304 stainless steel burners and internals deliver lasting performance, bake after bake.

Digital controls, easy-to-read air and floor temperatures, cook timer, and meat probes monitor internal temp across two cuts at once. Embedded sensors track both floor and air temperature for complete cooking awareness via the digital dock.

A precision-engineered flame path curves around the oven for even heat distribution and optimal coverage.

The gas system offers incremental low-to-high flame adjustment, while the optional Wood-Fire Control Kit delivers airflow precision and boost-on-demand power.

Quick-start ignition system built for control. Push-turn functionality gives you smooth, incremental flame adjustment - from gentle, steady heat to a powerful rolling flame.

Rechargeable lithium battery powers both the dock and wood module. Universally compatible. Easy to swap. No wires. No apps.

Every internal system is designed to be accessed, repaired, or upgraded over time. Built for long-term performance, future flexibility, and ongoing reliability.

Track doneness, precisely. Plug directly into the digital dock, monitor internal temp across two cuts at once.

Designed to create optimal draw, reduce soot, and ensure cleaner, more efficient combustion.

Dome (Gen 2) is a new era of cooking with fire. Our most versatile oven yet—over 40% bigger than the original Dome. With space to cook two pizzas at once, it’s built for far more than pizza and designed to handle full meals for family and friends. Every element has been re-engineered to give you total control: over heat, over fuel, over fire itself. At its core is restaurant-grade performance—used by the world’s best chefs, made effortless for home cooks. Cook with wood for smoky intensity, gas for clean heat, or charcoal for earthy depth. All powered by a suite of next-generation features and purpose-built accessories that make live-fire cooking feel effortless. From the optional Wood-Fire Control Kit, which gives you the power to control wood like gas, to an intuitive digital interface that displays real-time air and stone temperature, with twin meat probes that track two cuts independently—so you know exactly when your food is perfectly cooked. Dome (Gen 2) arrives fully assembled and ready to go, straight out of the box.
